About fifty years ago, a group of indigenous people left their tribes and came to Keelung as fishing labor. They illegally built a village in Bachimen region by the harbor, living a miserable life. Today, the right of indigenous people has been acknowledged in the constitution. However, the cycle of suffering continues. Another group of silence from overseas is sent into the cabin for the largest fleet in the world.
