Argentina, 1943. Cipriano Reyes, a top leader of the meat workers, arrives in Berisso. There he meets two huge refrigeration companies that cherish more than 14,000 workers. With political and ideological crosses very strong and typical of the time, the small town is the scene of a fierce battle for the shipment of meat to Europe. From that conflict, Reyes takes great relevance of the national political scene.
