In Ballar av stål, a number of comedians compete against each other in provoking and surprising an unsuspecting surrounding in front of a hidden camera. The presenter Pär Lernström then leads the audience in the studio in a vote on which of the comedians had the most balls and was the funniest and is crowned the winner.
