Film6.5Jude ve Mina, New York’ta tesadüf eseri tanışıp beraber olmaya başlarlar. Jude’un hareketli kişiliğini Mina sakinliğiyle tamamlayınca, kusursuz ilişkileri evliliğe kadar gider. Ancak bu kusursuz denge, bebeklerinin dünyaya gelmesinin ardından bozulur ve çiftin aslında ebeveynlik konusunda birbirlerinden çok farklı düşündükleri ortaya çıkar.
