Kollegium – Klassenkampf im Lehrerzimmer

The Wilhelm Pieck Gymnasium in the small East German town of Oberschwichow is to be closed. New registrations have been falling for years, and those who can move away - or send their children to the modern Theodor Fontane grammar school in the neighboring village. The high school authority gives the prefabricated building relic another chance: if the new director Hilde von Grölling-Müller manages to have more new students register at Wilhelm Pieck for the next school year than at the competition, the school can continue to exist.
