Frank Rosin comes in when restaurants are almost at the end of their tether, when guests are staying away, when the owner is crushed by debt and when the team is just beating each other up. ‘Rosin's Restaurants’ helps these restaurateurs to get their business back on track. The participating restaurants not only receive new menu suggestions, but also tips on service and equipment. At the end of each episode, a three-course menu is presented. After the tasting, the test eaters decide whether Rosin's efforts were worthwhile.
