When the employment agency is haunted, performance targets are pressing and mold damage is threatening, service supervisor Anneli Tiainen (Elina Knihtilä) resorts to unusual means in the face of an impossible situation. But one misstep only leads to worse, the demands become even stricter, and Anneli has to fear not only the revelation of her secret, but also the increasingly strange phenomena that appear in the midst of everyday life at the agency. Anneli is tormented by visions, ghosts and a frightening mold growth that drives her close to the edge of madness. And when the walls of the welfare state begin to collapse around her - literally - she must make a choice: whether to give up or expose herself.
