Joe Preston is as proud as any father can be watching his daughter, Brooke, compete in the heart-pounding rodeo sport of penning. Though only 17 years old, Brooke shows all the signs of becoming a world-class champion. Joe envisions a future of competition and prize winnings for his daughter, but Brooke has dreams of going to college and becoming a veterinarian. When the family falls on hard times, Brooke realizes that she may have to put her dreams aside to save her family.
