In the Ceará drought of 1932, several concentration camps were created to imprison and prevent refugees from reaching the city of Fortaleza. Military and civil society decided to enslave them, legitimizing the interests of the economic elite through repressive policies under the influence of European eugenic theory. The remains narrate fragments of his memories and unrealized duels, witnessed in the ruins of the concentration camps and the cult of the "souls of the prey", resistant to the strong historical destruction.
