Doktorlarını kaybeden dört akıl hastasının başından geçen çılgın olayları işleyen dayanılmaz bir komedi macera... Islah olmaz yalancı ve saldırgan teşhirci Billy (Michael Keaton) ve psikolojik tedavi grubundaki arkadaşları New York'ta kayboldular. Temizlik budalası Henry (Christopher Lloyd), Kendisini İsa sanan Jack (Peter Boyle) ve içe kapanık şizofren Albert (Stephen Furst) hep birlikte "delice" bir maceraya atıldı. Kayıp doktorlarını iki namussuz dedektifin elinden kurtarmak için, müthiş dörtlü sokaklara döküldü!
