Running Mates

Elizabeth, a 17-year-old from a traditional Southern family, and Tommy Lee, 21, the musician son of a country music star, meet through a series of hilarious incidents, and fall in love. Unfortunately for them, their fathers are running against one another for mayor of Nashville. Trapped in the political intrigue of the election, the lovers are forbidden to see each other and must carry on their affair in secret.
