For years the only windmill in the village is The Landlord's and he uses it to nobble the people. He also prevents people from building another mill. They are have ready a big stone to build the mill but because of the landlord and his men never succeeded to carry it inside the village. One day a Gypsey is coming to the village. He decides to help them carry the big stone to the village but they are scared and not listening to him. Finally he manages to convince some people -one of them a blacksmith- to help him carry the big stone to the village.
