Ta Sjansen

Take a chance was an annual show race that was arranged in Besserudtjernet at the bottom of Holmenkollbakken from 1983 to 2002. The organizer was the Ski Association in collaboration with NRK. The show was broadcast on NRK with, among others, Knut Th. Gleditsch, Roald Øyen, Knut Bjørnsen, Dan Børge Akerø, Ivar Dyrhaug, Vidar Lønn-Arnesen and Tande P. as presenters. The show consisted of two parts: the boat class and the bike class. Participants had to pose with a self-built boat or bicycle.
