CSI: Crime Scene Investigation suç mahali araştırmasını konu alan ABD kaynaklı bir dizi filmdir. Dizinin adı, Las Vegas'da çekilmesi nedeniyle CSI: Las Vegas olarak da bilinir. Amerikan CBS televizyonu tarafından yayınlanan dizi 24 Emmy, 6 Altın Küre ödülüne aday gösterilmiştir. Dizi Türkiye'de TRT tarafından Kanıt Peşinde adı altında yayınlanmaktaydı. Dizide şef Gil Grissom ve ekibi her bölümde ayrı bir davaya/cinayete açıklık getiriyorlar.

In Los Angeles, Dr. Sarah Hathaway hired private eyes trying to find her missing son, the painter Thomas, who ran away from their home ten years ago after a quarrel with her. Once there, she is not able to locate him and she has a nervous breakdown, but with the support of Dr. Ivan and helped by a street boy, she discloses what happened with her son.
