Edith Piaf’ın 1959’da New York’da verdiği konser sahnesi ile başlayan film, Fransız şarkıcı Piaf’ın, 40’lı yaşlarına odaklanıyor. 1915 yılında dünyaya gelen Piaf, babasının çalıştığı sirk sayesinde küçüklüğünden itibaren pek çok yer dolaştı.
