Luiz Silva (Ourinhos, October 31, 1951), known by the pseudonym Cuti, is a Brazilian writer, poet, and playwright.

In 1980, the group formed the Quilombhoje collective. Since then, the series has alternated between poetry and short stories, expanding the visibility of Black Brazilian literature.
