FilmPEPPER tells the story of a rising drag performer and his deaf war veteran father, whose love is tested when a bitter conflict threatens to tear their bond apart, forcing them to confront their deepest fears and the power of acceptance.
FilmDramRomantikNick's love life is a loop of first dates, last texts, and loud disappointment. As a bigger gay man, he's learned to laugh off rejection before it can sting. Then comes Beau, confident, magnetic, British, and for a moment everything Nick thought he wanted. But when Beau's shame about being seen in public with him surfaces, Nick is forced to confront why he keeps attracting the wrong guy. With help from his sharp-tongued queer friends, multiple therapists, and a few brutal epiphanies, Nick begins to realize that the love he has been chasing all along doesn't come with a British accent and a side of abs.
