The feeling of guilt and responsibility that she feels make her start to trying cauterize her own foot. After the lots of tense, fearful moments she gets caught by her grandmother before she managed it. End of the day she gets good news from her sister and mother but she continues sleeping instead of giving this important news to her grandparents.
