Takkoi are a typical Cypriot family. The father, George, is a real estate agent and the mother, Maro, is a teacher. They have three children: a daughter at university, Penny, a son in the army, Mike, and a young daughter in elementary school, Kalia.

Lefteris Vlachos is an advertiser, but the only thing he successfully advertises is himself. When Lefteris could no longer pay the rent, he and his wife, who teaches psychology at a college, and their son, Markos, moved at the home of his mother-in-law, Daphne. Daphne never misses an opportunity to undermine her son-in-law, who, in addition to Markos, has two daughters with his ex-wife Charoulla, a police officer with Team Z. Daphne also has a brother, Giasemakis Triantafillidis, who, according to himself, is the best lawyer in Cyprus. At his law firm, which shares premises with the advertising agency, works Maria who is being pursued by her colleague, Lakis. The cast is completed by the gang from the "Love TV" channel, with Margarita, her cheekiness, her charming naivety, and above all her famous linguistic "gems.", the beautiful Eleni and her jealous boyfriend Paris, Aggelos, Aphroditi, Mr. Pouros, Antzi, Koullis, and Vasos.

Based on a feud that began without any significant cause between the Karakamilos and Pattalossavves families in 1754 and continues to this day, the contemporary reality of Cyprus will be presented through exaggerated comedy. They are people who chose Cyprus, to work for a better future. How do we treat them? How do Cypriots today view foreign workers? Omeris, a Turkish Cypriot boy, grows up with Greek-Cypriots in the innocent years of his homeland. When he falls in love with a Greek-Cypriot girl, he realizes that the world is not as he imagined it to be.The game of love has many surprises in store for him.
