Seong Seung Ha is a South Korean actor. He graduated from Gyeonggi Arts High School and is enrolled in the Acting program at Sungkyunkwan University. He made his debut in 2019 with a support role in the independent movie "I Am" and as a re-enactment actor in "Love Naggers Season 2". He was part of a stage play in 2023. He is represented by Secret Entertainment.
