Bumbling country bumpkin Kęstas and his urbane brother Vincas unexpectedly inherit five million dollars each, but only if they complete their late uncle’s bizarre final wishes. Under the watchful eye of notary’s daughter Justė, the pair must pull off a series of outlandish tasks - from staging their uncle’s funeral to stealing apples, selling potatoes, and even climbing inside a cow’s pancake - before they can claim the fortune - and, perhaps, discover what it truly means to be brothers.

The trio, tired of wandering, settle in Lithuania and prepare to live a quiet life. However, an invitation from their friend Eimutis to Norway to celebrate his birthday turns into a horror - he is brutally murdered. The friends, who have promised the police not to go anywhere, begin to solve the murder themselves with the help of Rokelis from "Emigrants. Oranges". Will the friends have to work at the factory again? How will Rokelis fit into the company and will his affair with a Norwegian police officer help, or will it just hinder the investigation? And, most importantly, will they manage to find the real killer?
