A young couple in love spontaneously get involved in an underground play in a dark cellar that is billed as "particularly bad". Paul seeks happiness in other people’s possessions. In the beginning he searches through his dead friend’s belongings, but soon he starts stealing other people’s things, delving into their lives and changing them radically. Edebiyatbilimci Jochen Vogel’in sözleriyle “Tatort, Alman toplumunu anlatan bir roman.”
