  Film, uyuşturucu bağımlısı ve HIV taşıyıcısı Ron Woodroof'un hayatından esinleniyor. Ron Woodroof'a 1986 yılında AIDS yüzünden 30 günlük ömür biçilir. Teşhis sonrası FDA kurumundan yasal onaylı olarak kullanabileceği tek ilaç olan AZT'yi almaya başlayan Ron hızla ölümün eşiğine doğru sürüklendiğini fark eder. Çareyi ABD'de yasal olmayan ama dünyanın dört bir yanında bulunan, doğal ilaçlara başvurmakta bulur. Kendisiyle ilgilenen doktorlardan biri olan arkadaşı Eve Saks'ın da yardımıyla Ron farkında olmadan çevresindeki hastalar içinde bir iletişim ve satış ağı kurmuş olur. "Dallas Buyers Club" olarak bilinen bu oluşum FDA'nın tedavisi yerine alternatif tıbbı tercih edenlerin çaresi olur ve dahası hastalar üzerinde onaylı AZT'den daha çok işe yarar. Fakat durum çok geçmeden fark edilir ve ilaç firmaları ve FDA Ron'a karşı büyük bir savaş açar.

  Richard Titties, an out-of-shape martial arts wannabe, is shot into an alternate dimension after his girlfriend Cynthia is kidnapped. Her captors are a group of tittie obsessed madmen led by Zeefros, the master of the supernatural realm. Zeefros kidnaps women for the sole purpose of seeing their titties. Richard joins up with his sister Raine Brown, a Gorilla and a gaggle of other strange characters, in order to save his girlfriend. He must search inside, overcome his futile martial arts skills, and find the kung fu fighter within if he is to save himself and all those that dwell in the alternate world.

  Homophobic detective Mark Rima must "partner" up with the very gay and flamboyant Detective Chris Riant to stop a serial killing Nun from offing 5 band members otherwise known as "The Ex Choir Boys." But when it is determined that the detectives can't solve the case on their own, expert F.B.I. profiler Agent Peccant (comedian Ant) is assigned to the case. As the details of the case slowly emerge the police determine that that the "nun" may only be a silent witness to the grisly murders. The task force then turns its attention on the Catholic Church and a suspect group of Priests that have had a propensity for "cleansing the souls" of innocent young choir boys.
