A teenage stranger is welcomed into a household in a devout Catholic village and gradually reveals his motives and what seem to be magical powers.

It's Sunday- an architect comes to Munich to propose an unusual concept for his new club to a bar owner. While he spends the day in the city waiting for the decision, he makes the acquaintance of two young women who are up to no good.

A team of inspectors investigates murders in and around the small Upper Bavarian town of Rosenheim, and they still have plenty of time to see idyllic landscapes and luxurious pre-alpine villas and enjoy sumptuous Bavarian fare with beer.
