İnsanlık bu salgın hastalığı kontrol etmekte zorluk çekerken, tedavi için büyük bir umut bulunmuştur. Fakat tedavi edilmiş olanlar virüse yakalandıklarında yaptıkları eylemlerin anılarıyla boğuşmak zorundaydılar. Yeniden uyum sağlama çabası ise iki katmanlı bir toplumun oluşmasıyla sonuç vermişti. When five prisoners are locked in a room, and are unable to communicate as none of them speak the same language, the situation is intensified when the haunting stone altar in the centre of the room demands a sacrifice. However, once one is selected and disposed of, this occupant is replaced, and in time a new choice of sacrifice must be made.
