Floransa’nın Rönesans’ta yaşadıklarını, Manchester’ın 80’lerde yaşadığını söyleyen Tony Wilson, seks, uyuşturucu, rock’n roll üçgenine yataklık yapmış Manchester gecelerini yaratan kişilerden biri olarak anlatıyor öyküsünü. 24 Saat Parti İnsanları, konserlerden arşiv görüntüleri, insanı coşturan müzikleri, stilize kostüm ve set tasarımı ile seyirciyi 80’lerin Manchester’ına götürüyor.
