Dünya prömiyerini Cannes’da Yönetmenlerin On Beş Günü Bölümü’nde yapan Köpekler Pantolon Giymez, eşi gözlerinin önünde boğularak hayatını kaybeden Juha’yı izliyor. Aradan yıllar geçmesine rağmen kendini hiç tam anlamıyla toparlayamayan Juha’nın hayatı, tesadüfen “emrine girdiği” sahibe Mona’yla tanışınca tamamen değişiyor. Fiziksel acının kederi aştığı anları kimi zaman gayet mizahi bir yolla konu film, bir yandan fetiş/BDSM dünyasını keşfederken bir yandan da bu dünyanın sıradan insanlarının cinsellik dışındaki ruh hallerine göz atıyor. Alice lives with her younger sisters in a rural Finnish village, in a house their mother build before she passed away. As the new head of the family, she wants to protect her younger sisters and shelter them from the outside world.
