Koğuş Katliamı'), öykünün merkezine AIDS'le mücadele için hapishaneye gelen, idealist bir doktor karakterini koyarak işlemeyi tercih etmiş. Zamanla hapishanedeki farklı grupların saygısını kazanan doktor, hızla gelişen olaylar karşısında çaresiz kalıyor.
