Dizide rap müziğin simge isimleri Tupac Shakur ve Biggie Smalls'un öldürülmesinin ardından yürütülen soruşturmalar dramatik canlandırmalarla anlatılıyor.

Kem Nunn'un aynı adlı psikolojik gerilim romanından uyarlanacak Chance dizisinde başrolde yer alacak oyuncu nöropsikiyatrist Eldon Chance karakteri ile karşımıza gelecek. Dizinin yürütücülük görevinde Alexandra Cunningham (Desperate Housewives), yapımcılığında Michael London (The Astronaut Wives Club) ve yönetmenliğinde ise Lenny Abrahamson (Room) yer alacak.
