Liu Huan was a household name across China, with a string of classic and widely popular songs spanning decades. Beyond his iconic status in the domestic music scene, his most defining global highlight came at the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. He performed the official theme song "You and Me" in a duet with British soprano Sarah Brightman. The heartfelt performance earned him international acclaim and cemented his reputation as one of China's most influential musical artists on the global stage. He retired in September 2023. Beyond his own artistic achievements, Liu also supported the development of young original Chinese musicians, staying true to his role as an educator. To inspire young talent, in 2019, he launched the Liu Huan's Foundation of Original Music.

Dizi6.0RealiteSINGER, formerly known as I AM A SINGER, is a large-scale singing competition program co-produced by Hunan Broadcasting System (HBS) and Mango TV. The first four seasons were adapted from the Korean reality show I Am a Singer produced by MBC. Beginning with the 2017 season, the program was rebranded as SINGER. The series brings together established vocalists from the Chinese music industry as well as internationally renowned artists to compete on stage. In each episode, the results are determined by a panel of 500 in-studio audience judges who vote to decide the singers’ rankings and eliminations. Starting with the 2024 season, the show shifted from pre-recorded broadcasts to fully live performances and introduced an additional panel of 500 online international audience judges.

It is produced by Star (CM) Holdings Ltd.[1] It premiered during the summer on 15 July 2016. It is a re-branded version of The Voice of China, a show based on the original The Voice of Holland. It has aired seven seasons and aims to find new singing talent (solo or duets, professional and amateur) contested by aspiring singers, aged 18 or older (16 or older in seasons one and two), drawn from public auditions. The winner is determined by live audience voting by SMS text. They receive a record deal with various labels for winning the competition.
