The film, which opens with students arriving at a police academy, is a crazy comedy that is more a series of zany episodes and jokes than a coherent story. They are linked by a simple plot in which the commander of the police academy, Major Maisner, searches among his recruits for an alleged FBI spy and, after a not-so-subtle practical joke, gets into a dispute with his subordinate, a dispute that ends in a genuine bank robbery.

In the story of two generations searching for a fixed point in their lives, the film offers a reflection on the possibilities of escaping the reality of place, time and human responsibility. In a narrative between fiction and documentary, the past and the present are intertwined, and events both lived and written. The film takes advantage of the atmosphere of Ústí nad Labem and the unique possibilities of the Drama Studio of that time. It is linked to the theatre by the actor Jiří Schmitzer, who was a member of the ensemble for ten years, as well as the actress Jitka Prosperi and Miroslav Bambušek, who was a guest director and author there. However, the actors who also appeared on the stage of the Drama Studio were Čerčil's representative - former stage technician Zdeněk Novák, former wardrobe mistress Petra Poláková and inspector Ester Hocke.

A perfect symbiosis of two completely different ensembles. Members of the popular Dejvické divadlo theater, known for their intimate dramatic acting, have joined forces with the stars of the new circus ensemble Cirk La Putyka. Together, they tell a romantic story based on real events in a completely original form. The main character takes us through a period of her life when she was capable of doing almost anything for love.
