1969'da genç Jud Crandall, memleketi Ludlow, Maine'i geride bırakma hayalleri kurar. His friends are reluctant to help though, knowing what happened to T's friend when he crossed them.

Every time Jonathan Plourde, a 23-year-old designer, falls in love, a strange accident kills his girlfriend. With his friends, he starts looking for a way to get rid of this curse.
