ABD başkanının uçağı teröristlerce kaçırılır ve başkan kaçış kapsülüyle New York'a düşer. Snake'in koluna 24 saat içerisinde infilak edecek bir patlayıcı yerleştirilip New York'a gönderilecek ve başkanı bulup getirecektir.
