Yıl 1871. Bir Versay Televizyonu gazetecisi olayların yatıştırıcı ve resmi bir görünümünü yayınlarken, Parisli isyancıların bakış açılarını sunmak için bir Komün televizyonu kurulur. Tiyatro sahnesine benzer bir sette, 200'den fazla oyuncu, Komün karakterlerini, özellikle de Popincourt mahallesindeki halkı canlandırır. Sosyal ve siyasi reformlar hakkındaki düşüncelerini ve duygularını dile getirirler.

The attempt to find a new girlfriend leads to a shooting by Kurt, now calling himself André. Léa's information identifies Kurt/André as Roberto Succo, psychiatric patient and parental murderer. The police hunt for Roberto covers three countries.

In 1871, a journalist for Versailles Television broadcasts a soothing and official view of events while a Commune television is set up to provide the perspectives of the Paris rebels. On a stage-like set, more than 200 actors interpret denizens of the Commune, especially the Popincourt neighborhood in the XIth arrondissement. They voice thoughts and feelings concerning the social and political reforms.
