Rati Tsiteladze

Rati Tsiteladze is a European Film Academy Award-nominated filmmaker. A Cannes Résidence, Locarno Academy, TIFF Filmmaker Lab, and Berlinale Talents alumnus, his work has won over 50 awards and screened at more than 300 festivals worldwide, including Hong Kong and Locarno. His acclaimed short Prisoner of Society (2018) won multiple Oscar-qualifying awards and was nominated for a European Film Academy Award. Rati received the Moulin d’Andé Prize at the Cannes Film Festival, and at the Toronto International Film Festival, he received the HFPA Film Independent Award presented by the Golden Globes. His debut feature documentary, A Song Without Home (2026), made history as the first Georgian documentary to compete in the Main Competition at CPH:DOX.

In search of her roots and a better understanding of her father, she decides to hitchhike in Levan's truck. Despite the age difference, they gently give in to the love they feel for each other. The melancholy trumpet playing of Bo's father accompanies their journey through the breathtaking Georgian landscape. In the end, they dare to trust each other to the point where both Bo and Levan share their darkest secrets.
