Srinivas Rao, a hearing and speech-impaired man travels back home on a Hyderabad Metro Train but falls asleep. Another passenger. Sameer, finds this amusing and decides to post a picture of Srinivas Rao Online, labeling him a drunkard.

The movie casts Sonia Aggarwal, Ravi Varma, Bigg Boss fame Saikumar Pampana, Suneetha Pandey are in the lead roles. The music was composed by C Sathya while cinematography and editing were done by Lucky Ekari.
