This is the life of Kees Heistee. Kees is married to the charming, good-natured Ben, and together they have two children: their daughter Anne, a nightmare for any mother, and their son Rudie, who has a taste for the morbid. Her best friend and next-door neighbor, Sonja, also plays a major role in her life. Kees tries to teach her family morals and values, but so far, that seems impossible...

When Harrie Vermeulen (played by Jon van Eerd) is persuaded to impersonate the prospective husband of a young girl, he is thrown into a whirlwind of hilariously priceless complications, where he has to play not just one but four roles. Harrie becomes the innkeeper, the lover, the brother, and even the sister! Together with his servant Jacob Closet, he gets entangled in an impossible web of lies and misunderstandings. In "Harrie and Two Masters," Jon van Eerd, in his own unique way, drags the audience into a hilarious whirlwind of roaring intrigues and comical misunderstandings. And all of this immersed in the setting of a medieval inn where the pot is always hanging over the fire and the beer flows abundantly.

Partly improvised dramatic thriller involving death, madness, love and sickness. Four actors, two actresses, one location. Three brothers, one sister plus husband and one nurse. Grandma is dead. The family is getting together to prepare the funeral and the heritage, but father doesn't show up. It seems everybody has its own reason to be present.
