Mika, a woman caring for her husband Anders who has Alzheimer’s, navigates her own loneliness and need for intimacy. When Ossian, a man working in home care, enters their lives, something is stirred in Mika – a reminder of her own vitality and desire, but also an uncomfortable truth about her situation.

During a police intervention, a macabre discovery is made in the trunk of a car. Josef and Oskar find themselves in the line of fire of a seemingly cold-blooded killer. But things are not what they seem.

In the aftermath of a devastating rumor, Iman and his family have been forced to flee Iran. As refugees, they end up in a run-down hotel in northern Sweden. The Karlsson Brothers is a "confusion" comedy about two identical-twin brothers, each initially unaware of the other's existence. One brother is a successful, perfectionist lawyer living in Stockholm. The other brother lives in the North of Sweden with a wife and children, and is a notoriously unfaithful ne'er-do-well. The brothers meet for the first time as they go through their deceased mother's estate. Their meeting leads to a series of challenging mix-ups, turning both their lives on end. The brothers' differences prove gradually to be a source of strength, and their newfound friendship will change their lives forever.
