2022 yılında piyasaya sürülen Sword Art Online MMORPG oyunu, başa takılan bir alet aracılığıyla oyuncuları kendi dünyasına götürerek gerçek bir Role-Playing oyunu sunmaktadır. Oyuna katılan 10.000 oyuncu arasında olan Kirito da SAO dünyasına giriş yapmıştır. Fakat kısa sürede bütün oyuncular oyundan çıkış olmadığını fark ederler ve herkes bir anda geniş bir alana ışınlanır. Oyunun yapımcısının burada yaptığı açıklamaya göre oyundan çıkmanın tek yolu 100 katlı SAO dünyasını temizlemektir. Her katta bir boss bulunmaktadır ve 100. kattaki boss'u öldürebilen oyundan çıkabilecektir. Fakat oyunda sağlığı biten kişi gerçek hayatta da ölecek, ayrıca dışarıdan biri oyuncuların başındaki aleti çıkarmak isterse alet oyuncuları öldürecektir. Bütün oyuncular şaşkınlık içerisindeyken oyunlar konusunda tecrübeli olan Kirito oyunu kazanmayı kafasına koymuştur.

Macross Delta is set in the year 2067, 8 years after the events of the latest Macross TV series, Macross Frontier. The story focuses on Walküre, a team of talented idols and the Delta Squadron, a team of experienced Valkyrie pilots as they battle against the Var Syndrome, a mysterious phenomena that is consuming the galaxy and there is also the mysterious Aerial Knights Valkyrie fighter team of the Kingdom of Wind.

Youths aiming to become full-fledged idols enroll in the Étoile Vio School where the students are called IChu. But soon after they begin, Kuma Kocho gets them off to a rocky start with a single phrase...?! As they each work toward their individual goals, their activities as idols make the IChu begin to wonder... "What is an idol?" In their struggle to find an answer, the springtime of the IChu's lives is whittled out in glittering moments and flashes of brilliance. Their story begins now!

Ren Nanahoshi is a lonely college student who isn't good at communicating with others. He remembers the thrill of watching a live band perform when he was young, and spent most of his days searching for his own identity. One day, while singing karaoke alone, two boys named Yuuto and Wataru discover Ren's singing ability. The two agree: "This is fate. Let's start a band!"
