Elit bir özel kuvvetler ekibinin acemi üyesi Rama'ya suç dünyasının ünlü bir isminin de ihraç edildiği bir gizli görev esnasında geride durması emredilir. Ancak bir gözcü planlarını bozunca patron Tama binadaki her katile, tecavüzcüye ve hırsıza ekiptekilerin kelleleri karşılığında barınak vermeyi teklif eder.
