Film6.3DramMüzikFilm, Merle Haggard ve Willie Nelson gibi yıldızlar çıkaran Teksas Kanunsuz Müzik hareketinin perde arkasındaki kahramanlarından, "If I Could Only Fly" ve "Election Day" gibi şarkıların yaratıcısı Blaze Foley’nin hayatını anlatıyor.
