When Dawn, an overworked single mother, agrees to take her teenage daughter, Kayla, to a luxurious but isolated spa retreat, the women believe they have escaped to a paradise of spa treatments, yoga, and nature hikes until a series of disturbing incidents has Kayla questioning the perfection around her.

A police profiler has just returned from psychiatric leave only to find that he is caught up in a serial killer's rampage. Fighting to keep buried the trauma of his childhood, he must confront the all too-familiar flesh masks that the killer leaves on the faces of his victims. He must face his own demons along with the killer to save his small eroding existence.

The Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) branch in Provo is overwhelmed and overworked, as the Federal government has never taken Utah seriously as a threat for terrorist attack. They are joined by '24' Fan Jono Decker who fights to save the city he lives in, and protect the lives of the innocent. Jono uses the knowledge he's gained from watching '24' to stop the threat, and save the government of Utah from descending into ruin. But there is more to the situation than meets the eye, and Jono may be faced with an impossible decision.
