  Kolej sonunda bitmiş ve beş arkadaş iş hayatına atılmadan önce bir kaç gün doğanın ve arkadaşlıklarının tadını çıkarmak için ormandaki eve tatile gitmişlerdir. Fakat kamplarına gelen yaralar içindeki yabancı nedeniyle parti ölümcül bir hale dönüşmüştür. Korku ile havaya ateş açan gençler yabancının birden bire ağaçların arasında kaybolduğuna şahit olurlar. Fakat gerekli bağlantı gerçekleşmiş ve düşman ortadan kaybolmuştur. Gençlerin tansiyonunu yükselten asıl olay ise guruptaki kızlardan birinin et yiyen bir virüs aldığını fark etmeleri olur. Arkadaşları gözlerinin önünde daha da kötüleşmeye başlayınca, kendilerini kurtarmak adına onu bir kulübeye kapatırlar. Ağaçlarla çevrilmiş bu kulübede, bir sonraki kurbanın kim olacağını bilmeden göremedikleri bir düşmana karşı korku içinde beklemektedirler. Civardaki insanlar kulübede neler olduğunu anladıklarında enfeksiyonun kasabaya bulaşmaması için ölümcül bir kovalamaca başlar. Ya ölecek ya da öldüreceklerdir...
