Kurt Mühlhardt (auch unter dem Pseudonym Kurt Hardt; 11 September 1903 in Berlin; 20 Juni 1980 in Eckernförde) war ein deutscher Opernsänger, Operettentenor, Refrainsänger und Schauspieler. Kurt Mühlhardt wurde in Berlin geboren. Nach einschlägiger Ausbildung arbeitete er seit den 1920er Jahren dort als Schauspieler, Kabarettist und Sänger.

The case is taken out of the hands of the criminal investigation department by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which constructs an act of political revenge on behalf of the communists. Michael manages to escape from prison. Marie and her friends organize a press conference at which Michael reveals the connections. The trial is postponed.
