  Anamorf, Rönesans döneminde gelişen, perspektif kurallarını alt üst eden, bir tuvalde iki resim yaratan bir resim tekniğidir. * Yeni bir cinayet ve garip olaylar ortaya çıktığında üstleri bu olayları yalnız Stan'in çözebileceğini düşünür ve tekrar işinin başına dönmesini isterler. İpuçları bir araya geldiğinde Stan bundan 5 yıl önce çözdüğü ve failini yakaladığına inandığı bir seri cinayetin devamı olduğunu anlar. O yıllarda ortağı Carl Unger yanlış adamın hapse atıldığını ileri sürmüş fakat Stan buna inanmamıştır. Yeni cinayetler bundan yıllarca önce tutuklanan seri katil "Eddie Amca"nın bıraktığı yerden devam etmekte ve katil cinayet mahallerini farklı açıdan bakıldığında farklı görüntüler oluşturan anamorfik mekanlar haline getirmektedir. Seri katil tıpkı ressamlar gibi iki hikaye gizli cinayet yerleriyle Stan'a mesajlar bırakmaktadır. Dedektif gittikçe bu cinayetlerin bir parçası olur.
