Doctor Who (Türkçe anlamıyla Doktor Kim) BBC yapımı İngiliz bilim kurgu televizyon dizisidir. Dizi; Doktor olarak bilinen, zamanda yolculuk yapan insansı Dünya dışı yaratık olan Zaman Lordu'nun maceralarını anlatmaktadır. Doktor, dışarıdan 1950'lerden kalma bir polis kulübesi gibi görünen TARDIS adındaki bilince sahip ve zamanda yolculuk edebilen bir uzay gemisi ile evreni araştırır. Doktor, yardımcıları ile beraber uzay ve zamanı keşfeder, sorunları çözer, yaratıklarla yüzleşir ve tarihe yapılan müdahalelere engel olur. Guinness Rekorlar Kitabı tarafından dünyanın en uzun süren bilim kurgu televizyon programı olarak listelenen dizi aynı zamanda İngiliz popüler kültürünün de önemli bir parçasıdır. Dizi iyi planlanmış hikâyeleri, ilk yayınlandığı dönemdeki düşük bütçeli yaratıcı özel efektleri ve elektronik müzik kullanımındaki önderliği ile tanınır.

Agatha Christie'nin 1920'de yazdığı ilk kitabı The Mysterious Affair at Styles (Styles'taki Esrarengiz Vak'a/Ölüm Sessiz Geldi)'tan 1976'da yayımlanan son romanı Curtain (Ve Perde İndi)'ye kadar ona birçok romanda bulunan küçük, titiz, zeki, simetri hastası Belçikalı dedektifin maceralarını konu alan dizi. Sharpe is a British series of television dramas starring Sean Bean as Richard Sharpe, a fictional British soldier in the Napoleonic Wars. Sharpe is the hero of a number of novels by Bernard Cornwell; most, though not all, of the episodes are based on the books. Produced by Celtic Films and Picture Palace Films for the ITV network, the series was shot mainly in Turkey and the Crimea, although some filming was also done in England, Spain and Portugal. The series originally ran from 1993 to 1997. In 2004, as part of ITV's new set of drama, ITV announced that it intended to produce new episodes of Sharpe, in co-production with BBC America, loosely based on his time in India, with Sean Bean continuing his role as Sharpe. Sharpe's Challenge is a two-part adventure; part one premiered on ITV on 23 April 2006, with part two being shown the following night. With more gore than earlier episodes, the show was broadcast by BBC America in September 2006.

Rumpole of the Bailey is a British television series created and written by the British writer and barrister John Mortimer. It stars Leo McKern as Horace Rumpole, an aging London barrister who defends any and all clients, and has been spun off into a series of short stories, novels, and radio programmes.

Shine on Harvey Moon! is a British comedy-drama series made by Central Television for ITV from 8 January 1982 to 23 August 1985 and briefly revived in 1995 by Meridian. This generally light-hearted series was created by comedy writers Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran. The series is set in the East End of London shortly after the Second World War. Upon being demobbed RAF serviceman Harvey Moon, played by Kenneth Cranham, returns home and finds his family involved in various troubles. His wife Rita, played by Maggie Steed, is not interested in resuming their relationship, and works in a seedy nightclub frequented by American servicemen. He becomes involved with the Labour Party and the union movement. The name of the series is a wordplay on the title of the popular 1908 song 'Shine On, Harvest Moon'. The first series was commissioned and recorded by ATV at their Elstree studios with the remaining series filmed at newly constructed facilities in Nottingham.

Enemy At The Door is a British television drama series made by London Weekend Television for ITV. The series was shown between 1978 and 1980 and dealt with the German occupation of Guernsey, one of the Channel Islands, during the Second World War. The programme generated a certain amount of criticism in Guernsey, particularly for being obviously filmed on Jersey despite being ostensibly set on Guernsey. The series also marked the TV debut of Anthony Head as a member of the island resistance. The theme music was by Wilfred Josephs.
