Moterys meluoja geriau is a Lithuanian TV series produced by TV3. It is the most watched Lithuanian drama of all time. It is based on a novel by Daiva Vaitkevičiūtė. The series follows four young women and their love interests.

Released after five years in prison, the criminal Hard finds himself at the epicenter of bloody events. The criminal gang to which he belonged breaks up, and a fierce battle begins for the chair of the mafia boss.

Popular actor M. Jampolskis plays the main role of Andrius Mažylis, a small town police inspector. In the film, the policeman is accompanied everywhere by his service German shepherd named Mažylis. After returning to his hometown to work with the dog after several years spent at the police academy, Andrius finds a very changed environment: now everything is ruled by criminals and corrupt local officials. A. Mažylis and his namesake dog will have to work hard to restore order and peace to his hometown.

TV series tells about 1918 February 16 Signing of the Lithuanian Independence Act and other historical events that followed this important event in Lithuania until the occupation of Lithuania in 1940.

Thirty-year old guy is assaulted on the street. Randomly, in the middle of a day. The emotional damage hurts him more than the punches taken. This is a new experience for him. The guy tries to sort things out between justice, revenge and a bit of shame. Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the story there are guys that did the beating. They practice first-punch knockouts. And they helpfully carry their mothers’ food bags in the evening.

With gentle irony, “Cinephilia” unmasks the illusion of film. Characters migrate through the worlds of reality and fantasy, in circumstances that paradoxically have no questions or answers. The two moons of Lars von Trier shine in the night sky, entrancing the main heroes, Roland and Isabel. Roland rents himself a room where he winds up in situations reminiscent of the plots found in Franz Kafka’s “The Trial” or Roman Polański’s “The Tenant”. A guy visits Roland, claiming that they known each other, and offers him a lot of money to film his suicide. There begins a kaleidoscopic sequence of events and random acquaintances. They make the characters wander through the worlds of reality and fantasy, sometimes both at the same time. A dark comedy that tells nine related stories in which the fates of the characters intertwine.

This film tells a grotesque story of image design. "Diringas" is a mysterious term conceived by the main character, which becomes a product of unlimited possibilites. Everybody is convinced that image is everything - so everybody fights for if. Nobody knows what it is, it is only important that you have it.
