Bir görevli polis, ülkenin merkezine büyük bir terörist saldırı olacağını öğrenir ve bunu yapanın çok büyük bir lider olduğunu anlar. Bu durumun ardından tüm birimler, bu terörist saldırıyı püskürtmek adına mücadele vermek zorunda kalıp, her şeyi etkin hale getireceklerdir.
