Bir dolandırıcı, sahtekar ve hırsız olan Neal Caffrey, FBI ile üç yıllık bir kedi fare oyunundan sonra yakalanır. Sadece 4 yıllık hapis cezası kalmışken, kız arkadaşı Kate'i aramak için kaçar.
