Anisha Ambrose (born August 22, 1988) is an Indian actress and model who works predominantly in Telugu cinema alongside Kannada and Tamil films. She made her acting debut with the Telugu drama *Alias Janaki* (2013) and had a cameo appearance in the satirical comedy-drama *Gopala Gopala* (2015). She subsequently made her Kannada debut in *A 2nd Hand Lover* (2015) and starred in the Kannada horror-thriller *Karva* (2016). In Telugu cinema, she appeared in the comedy thriller *Run* (2016) and Chandra Sekhar Yeleti's bilingual drama *Manamantha* (2016). Her other Telugu releases during this period include *Fashion Designer s/o Ladies Tailor* (2017), a cameo in *Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi* (2017), and *Okkadu Migiladu* (2017). Ambrose gained wider prominence for her role as Shirley in Tharun Bhascker's buddy comedy *Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi* (2018), a role she is slated to reprise in its sequel *ENE Repeat* (2026). She also made her Tamil debut in the neo-noir film *Vanjagar Ulagam* (2018) and starred as Jenny in the bilingual investigative thriller *Seven* (2019).
